Notice of Draft Request for Proposals and Comment Period for Transportation and Disposal of Solid Waste
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to General Municipal Law §120-w, Greene County Solid Waste Management is issuing a Draft Request for Proposals (Draft RFP) for Transportation and Disposal of solid waste from the Greene County's Catskill Transfer Station, beginning January 1, 2014. The Contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials and equipment as detailed in the Draft RFP.
Copies of the Draft RFP may be obtained at the office of Greene County Solid Waste Management from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. beginning July 3, 2013
Written comments on the Draft RFP will be received at the office of Greene County Solid Waste Management, located at 240 West Main Street, Catskill NY, 12414 until 4:00 p.m. September 3, 2013.

Columbia County - The Town of Livingston Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Eger Communications Replacement Tower will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of an existing 190 foot communications tower facility with a new 190 foot communications tower facility five (5) feet east of the existing tower; collocation of antennas from the existing tower and eight (8) new whip antennas to the replacement tower; installation of a 12 foot, 4 inch by 24 foot, 3.5 inch equipment shelter approximately 10 feet to the northeast of the base of the replacement tower with an ice bridge to support cables running from the tower to the shelter. The project will use existing utilities and access. The project is located at 170 Eger Road in the Town of Livingston, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing Continuation
Albany County - The Town of Bethlehem Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Wemple Corners Rezoning Petition. The public hearing on the Draft EIS will be continued on July 22, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bethlehem Town Hall, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, NY. Written comment deadline on the Draft EIS has been extended until August 5, 2013. The Draft EIS is available from the Bethlehem Library, 451 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, NY; the Bethlehem Town Clerk, Bethlehem Town Hall, 445 Delaware Ave, Delmar, NY and on line at: www.townofbethlehem.org.
The action involves a petition submitted by Milltown Plaza, Inc., to rezone 95 acres of land from Mixed Economic Development District (MED) to Commercial Hamlet District (CH). The stated purpose of the zoning amendment is to allow subsequent construction of a mixed-use development consisting of conventional apartments (240 units), senior apartments (150 units), mixed-use apartments (80 units), twin homes (56 units), retail commercial uses (106,000 square feet) and professional offices (39,000 square feet). The project site is located in the Town of Bethlehem, New York, at the intersection of U.S. Route 9W and Wemple Road.
