The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has added a link to a translation service developed by Microsoft Inc., entitled Bing Translator, as a convenience to visitors to the DEC website who speak languages other than English.

Negative Declaration

Wayne County - The Town of Walworth Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Your Sports Depot will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a two lot subdivision and site plan approval to a sports complex. The site development will include an 119,000 square foot multipurpose indoor complex with a ADA compliant entry vestibule to the parking facility. The indoor uses will include 2 - 50 x 80 yard synthetic fields, 3 multi-pupose courts, warm-up training area, pre-packaged concession, preschool, offices, party room and retail space. The outdoor athletic areas will include two full size synthetic soccer fields with a staged lighting system with glare control. The parking will accommodate 266 vehicles with 145 paved and 121 crushed stone spaces along the two outdoor fields. All parking is located south of the building with LED lighting systems. The project is located at 856 State Route 441 (Penfield-Walworth Road) in the Town of Walworth, New York.
