The project requires approval from the US Army Corps of Engineers and subsequent issuance of Water Quality Certification from the NYSDEC for impacts to approximately 0.095 acres of federal wetlands. The project also requires the town to obtain a Water Withdrawal permit from the NYSDEC, being reviewed as a separate permit application (DEC # 3-3348-00276/00001), to extend municipal water service into the subdivision.
