Lewis County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the East Branch of Fish Creek Conservation Easement Recreation Management Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the East Branch of Fish Creek Recreation Management Plan (RMP) which will address public access and recreational use. It sets forth the proposed goals, objectives, management actions and costs for the recreational management of 44,147 acres of Conservation Easement lands, 1,401 acres of East Branch of Fish Creek State Forest, and adjacent/interspersed State Forest and Detached Forest Preserve parcels totaling 3,165 acres. The plan will detail proposed management activities for a five year period, dating from the time of approval and adoption. A review and update will occur every five years. All measures will be taken to ensure management actions proposed in this plan will not degrade the character of the area. Management issues that come up will be discussed between NYS DEC and the landowner, as necessary. The project is located in the Towns of Lewis, Martinsburg, Montague, Osceola and West Turin, New York.

St. Lawrence County - The Town Board of the Town of Parishville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law No. 1 of 2013 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of Local Law No. 1 of 2013 which involves certain changes to the Town Land Use and Development Code. The project is located throughout the Town of Parishville, New York.
