Project Description: The action involves a nine lot subdivision of 26.5 ± acres involving wetlands, with shoreline on the Oswegatchie River, creating lots ranging in size from 1.5 ± to 5.1 ± acres, each to be developed with one single family dwelling. Access to the lots will be from NYS Route 3 across a section of "old Route 3" which will be improved by the applicant and dedicated to the Town of Fine.

Negative Declaration

Jefferson County - The City of Watertown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Jefferson County Community College (JCC) Residence Hall will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 90,000 square foot residence hall on the Jefferson Community College campus. The project is located at 1222 Coffeen Street in the City of Watertown, New York.
