The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application and Draft Remedial Investigation Work Plan from Fashion Outlets II LLC and Macerich Niagara LLC for a site known as the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls Expansion, site ID #C932162. This site is located at 1705 Factory Outlet Boulevard in the Town of Niagara, within the County of Niagara. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than June 7, 2013. Negative Declaration

Chautauqua County - The Town of Westfield Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law No. 1 of 2013 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of comprehensive changes to the sign regulations found in the Town of Westfield Zoning Code. The project is located in the Town of Westfield, Chautauqua County, New York.

Chautauqua County - The Town of Westfield Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law No. 2 of 2013 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of an amendment to the Zoning Code of the Town of Westfield to permit outdoor flea markets in the Residential-Agricultural (R-A) District by special use permit, subject to certain conditions. The project is located in the Town of Westfield, Chautauqua County, New York.

Erie County - The Buffalo & Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Renovations and Addition to Commercial Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority's intention to renovate and increase program space to the existing Commercial Building, including the 23,500 square foot ("sf") warehouse and 20,000 sf annex facility (collectively, the "Building") located on the Authority's U.S. Plaza. The Building is a 60+ year old structure on the Plaza and is in need of renovations. The proposed improvements will increase the operational efficiencies of the Plaza and reduce the amount of time trucks spend idling while waiting for inspections at the inspection plaza. The Renovations and Addition are within the confines of the Authority's existing property. The project is located at 1 Peace Bridge Plaza, City of Buffalo, Erie County, NY.
