Livingston County - The West Bloomfield Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed West Bloomfield Zoning Ordinance Update will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. Following completion of a Comprehensive Plan, the Town of West Bloomfield has worked on updating the Town's Zoning Ordinance. A final draft has been completed. Upon adoption, the final draft will replace the existing Zoning Ordinance in its entirety. This action is pursuant to Town Law Section 264. The update was based on the existing Zoning Ordinance and much of the regulations have remained unchanged. The project involves the entire Town of West Bloomfield, NY.

Monroe County -The City of Rochester Director of Planning and Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sale and Reuse of the Pulaski Library will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovation of the existing vacant library for reuse under existing C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning. The project proposes to use the existing ten (10) on-site parking spaces. SEQR is being handled generically in order to proceed with sale of the land and facilitate redevelopment. Redevelopment proposals that are not within the parameters identified in this review will trigger further environmental review. No changes to the exterior of the building are proposed for redevelopment. A change of use and rehabilitation of the building are the redevelopment goals at this point in time. The project is located at Pulaski Library, 1143-1151 Hudson Avenue, Rochester, NY.

Monroe County - The Pittsford Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law #5 of 2013 - Amendment to the Tobey Planned Unit Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the modification of the uses allowed in the approximately 18 acre "Parcel #9" of the Tobey PUD to include the development and operation of a YMCA facility. The project is located at Jefferson Road and Clover Street, Pittsford, New York.

Wayne County - The Town of Wolcott, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Wolcott Blind Sodus Bay Sanitary Sewer District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The Blind Sodus Bay Sanitary Sewer System will serve the area surrounding Blind Sodus Bay within the Town of Wolcott. A total of approximately 23,000 l.f. of sewer main will be installed, primarily along the road right-of-way of Blind Sodus Bay Road, Metzger Drive, Ingersoll Drive, Ingersoll Lane, Wright Road and King Road. The portion of the sewer main between Metzger Drive and Ingersoll Drive will follow an easement across private properties and will include a stream crossing of Blind Sodus Creek (to be accomplished by directional drilling). The Blind Sodus Bay collection system will connect to a new pump station and forcemain to be constructed by the Cayuga County Water & Sewer Authority as part of a separate project. The replacement of inadequate or failing septic systems with a state-of-the-art sanitary sewer system will improve the water quality of Blind Sodus Bay as well as community character. The project location includes portions of Blind Sodus Bay Road, Metzger Drive, Ingersoll Drive, Ingersoll Lane, Wright Road and King Road, Town of Wolcott, Wayne County, NY.
