Saratoga County - The Halfmoon Town Board/Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Arlington Heights Phase II Major Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposed amendment to the Phase I of the Arlington Heights Planned Development District that is currently under construction. The proposed project consists of 27 units. The proposal also includes the reconfiguration of lot lines and the creation of an additional single family lot in Phase I of the development.
