Negative Declaration

Onondaga County - The City of Syracuse Planning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Change of Zone-West Genesee Street Corridor will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the comprehensive change of zoning along the West Genesee Street corridor and surrounding area within the City of Syracuse from Residential, Class A, Residential, Class B, Business, Class A, Commercial, Class A to Residential, Class A, Business, Class A, Commercial, Class A, and Industrial, Class A. The project is located in the West Genesee Street corridor bounded by Route 690, Park Avenue, Plum Street and State Fair Boulevard in the City of Syracuse, New York.

Oswego County - The Town of Richland, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Richland Water District No. 3 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of new ductile iron water main and appurtenances, two (2) buried control valve stations, and rehabilitation of existing Schoeller Well Site water source wells or development of new water source wells at the site. The project is located throughout the Town of Richland, New York.
