New York County (Manhattan) - The New York City Board of Standards and Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 8-12 Bond Street will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a variance (§72-21) to permit the construction of a new residential building with residential and retail use below the level of the second story contrary to §42-10 and 42-14D(2)(b) in the M1-5B zoning district. The project is located at 8-12 Bond Street, in the Borough of Manhattan, New York.
