The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has added a link to a translation service developed by Microsoft Inc., entitled Bing Translator, as a convenience to visitors to the DEC website who speak languages other than English.

Negative Declaration

Jefferson County - The Village of Dexter, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wastewater Treatment and Collection System Upgrades and Additions will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of portions of the waste water collection system in the Village west of Route 180. Additionally a sewer extension will provide collection for residents on Maynard Avenue whom currently lack municipal sewage. Upgrades will also be made to the sewage treatment facility on Water Street. The project is located on Water Street, Maynard Avenue and west of Route 180 in the Village of Dexter, New York.

Oneida County - The Town of Verona, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Verona Sewer District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal to form the Verona Sewer District. The project generally includes the installation of grinder pumps and low-pressure sewer mains; a gravity collection system with manholes spaced at approximately 300-400 feet apart; and a main pump station located near the intersection of State Route 31 and Main Street. The proposed sewer district will serve properties along Country Drive, County Route 83, Rock Road, Rock Street, East Main Street, West Main Street, Merry Road, Volunteer Avenue, Crestwood Drive, Eastwood Drive, Greenfield Road, Sweetbriar Lane, Sunwood Road, Fairlane Road, Bridge Street (NYS Route 31), Station Street, and Willow Place. The project is located along State Route 31 (Main Street) in the Town of Verona, New York.
