The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has added a link to a translation service developed by Microsoft Inc., entitled Bing Translator, as a convenience to visitors to the DEC website who speak languages other than English.

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Post Maple 77, LLC for a site known as the Post Road Corridor - White Plains, site ID #C360129. This site is located in the City of White Plains, within the County of Westchester, and is located at 77 West Post Road, White Plains, NY 10606. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than March 1, 2013. Notice of Acceptance of Final SEIS

Orange County - The Village of Woodbury Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Woodbury Common Renovation. The action involves a proposal to amend an approved site plan and special permit involving the property better known as Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. The Proposed Action includes the construction of 60,000 square feet of infill development, as well as the realignment of the existing ring road and other circulation improvements; the construction of a new parking structure; new bus pick-up and drop-off areas; a complete renovation of the facade of the entire development and renovation/redevelopment of common areas. The proposed action also includes renovations to the "main tower building", food court, customer service area, visitor area, pedestrian walkways and associated infrastructure improvements. The project is located on Route 32, east of the NYS Thruway in the Village of Woodbury, New York.
