The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Chapin Place MAR LLC for a site known as 3 Gates Circle Site, site ID #C915272. This site is located in the City of Buffalo, within the County of Erie, and is located at 3 Gates Circle, Buffalo 14209. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than February 22, 2013.
