Montgomery County - The Town of Minden Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Town of Minden Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a town-wide comprehensive plan pursuant to Town Law 272-a. The project is located throughout the Town of Minden, New York.

Otsego County - The Town of Milford Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Draft Amendments to the Town of Milford Zoning Ordinance will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves proposed amendments to the Town of Milford Zoning Ordinance, which if adopted, would prohibit Natural Gas and Petroleum Mining and Development in the Town of Milford. The Proposed Amendments would eliminate "Petroleum Processing and Storage" and "Chemical Processing and Storage" as special permitted uses within the Town of Milford's Manufacturing/Industrial District. Motels would be permitted In the Residential-Agricultural-Commercial District by special use permit and Subject to site plan approval. The proposed amendments would place greater restrictions upon temporary structures. Area and setback requirements would not apply to "Short-Term Transient Rental Use" for existing dwellings on lots of record as of the effective date of the Zoning Law. The proposed amendments would allow up to two off premises directional signs for businesses located within the Town of Milford contingent upon Planning Board approval. The Draft Zoning Law, If adopted, will be enacted under the New York State Constitution, Municipal Home Rule Law, Statute of Local Governments, Town Law, Environmental Conservation Law, and Public Health Law. The project is located throughout the Town of Milford, New York.
