The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has added a link to a translation service developed by Microsoft Inc., entitled Bing Translator, as a convenience to visitors to the DEC website who speak languages other than English.

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Canalview Development, LLC for a site known as the Former Breneman Site, Site ID #C738046. This site is located in the City of Oswego, within the County of Oswego, and is located at 8 East Utica Street, Oswego, NY 13126. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than February 8, 2013. Negative Declaration

Oswego County - The Town Board of the Town of Schroeppel, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No.1 of 2012 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of Local Law No. 1 of 2012 to amend Section 95-85 of the Schroeppel Town Code and Local Law No. 1 of 1988. The project is located throughout the Town of Schroeppel, New York.
