The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Canalview Development, LLC for a site known as the Former Breneman Site, Site ID #C738046. This site is located in the Town of Oswego, within the County of Oswego, and is located at 8 East Utica Street, Oswego, NY 13126. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than February 8, 2013.
