Project Title: Sinclair Heights Corporation
Location: Sinclair Heights Road in the Town of Edinburg, New York.

Project Description: The project sponsor proposes to release sterile triploid grass carp in two small ponds owned by the Sinclair Heights Corporation to control the non-native invasive aquatic plant, Eurasian watermilfoil. Only US Fish and Wildlife Service certified sterile triploid grass carp will be used, with an initial stocking rate of 7-10 fish per vegetated acre. A fish barrier will be required to be constructed at the outlet prior to stocking. Water quality monitoring will be conducted after stocking.

Negative Declaration
Clinton County - The Town of Plattsburgh Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Plattsburgh Zoning Ordinance Amendment 2012 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption by the Town of Plattsburgh of an updated Comprehensive Plan in 2010. The Plan recommended a number of Zoning Changes. The Town of Plattsburgh Town Board in consultation with its consultant, Chazen Companies of Glens Falls, NY, Town appointed Zoning Update Committee, and Zoning and Planning Staff, have addressed those recommendations in the revised November 2012 Town of Plattsburgh Zoning Ordinance. The Town Board, acting as Lead Agency, has determined that there will not be significant adverse environmental impacts resulting from the Zoning Ordinance amendments. The project is located throughout the Town of Plattsburgh, New York.

Essex County - The Town of Ticonderoga, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed John Street Sanitary Sewer Separation Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of 1,082 linear feet of 8 inch sanitary sewer main to replace the existing 6 inch and 8 inch combined sewers in the John Street neighborhood. In addition, approximately 762 linear feet of 15 inch to 24 inch storm sewers will also be constructed to eliminate combined sewer overflows (CSO). A catchbasin will be installed to provide treatment to the stormwater prior to discharge into the Lachute River. The project is located on John Street and Schuyler Street in the Town of Ticonderoga, New York.
