Negative Declaration

Delaware County - The Town of Meredith Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Agriculture and Farmland Protection Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption by the Town of Meredith of an Agriculture and Farmland Protection Plan as an addendum to the existing Town Comprehensive Plan. The intent of the Town is to incorporate the Agriculture and Farmland Protection Plan as part of the Comprehensive Plan. The project is located throughout the Town of Meredith, New York.

Greene County - The Town of Catskill Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed William and Donna Walsh Minor Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a 2 lot minor subdivision of land. The project is located at 22 Church Street in Leeds, Town of Catskill, New York.

Otsego County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Oneonta Gravel Bank will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant to modify an existing mining permit by adding 4 acres to an existing 60 acre life-of-mine for a total life-of-mine of 64 acre sand and gravel mine. There is existing on-site processing, portable crushing, screening, and washing equipment. The project is located at 532 County Highway 58 in Oneonta, New York.
