Scenic Development, LLC has applied to the NYSDEC for Protection of Waters permits (Dam Safety and Stream Disturbance) and for Water Quality Certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act to construct a proposed 497-unit residential development known as Patrick Farm, located south of the intersection of NYS Routes 202 and 306 in the Town of Ramapo.
A legislative hearing to receive unsworn comments on this project will be conducted in two sessions on January 7, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. and 6:30p.m. Written comments may also be submitted.
