Project Description:
The applicant proposes to install one new well, rated at 1,388 GPM, to a depth of 300' and a new pump house. The purpose of the well is to provide irrigation for lawn and shrub areas. The proposed well site is located at Pinelawn Cemetery, Long Island Ave & Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, Town of Babylon, Suffolk County.
