Negative Declaration

Genesee County - The Town of Oakfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Oakfield Water District No. 4 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the extension of public water to include the installation of approximately 18,600 linear feet of watermain. In addition to the watermain, the project includes hydrants, valves, road crossings, manholes, excavation and bedding materials, watermain connections, residential hook-ups, and surface restoration. Residents in this area are dependent upon individual groundwater supplies that historically have produced very low yields of poor quality water. The project is located along portions of Fisher Road and Lockport Road in the Town of Oakfield, New York.

The project is located along portions of Albion Road and Lockport Road in the Town of Oakfield, New York.

Steuben County - The Town of Woodhull, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hamlet of Woodhull Wastewater Collection and Treatment Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new wastewater collection and treatment system to serve the Hamlet of Woodhull, which was once an incorporated Village. The project would build 36,470 lineal feet of small diameter low pressure force main, install a new septic tank and effluent pump tank at each service connection and use rotating biological contactors and a tertiary filtration system to meet required treatment of effluent prior to discharge into Tuscarora Creek. The project is located in the Town of Woodhull, New York.
