Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The City of Rochester Director of Planning and Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Collegetown will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the redevelopment of the parcels at 1325, 1351, 1371 and 1401 Mount Hope Avenue, 683 Elmwood Avenue, 72, 96 and 100 Crittenden Boulevard and a portion of 110-170 Crittenden Boulevard in the City of Rochester, New York, for the "Collegetown" project consisting of a hotel, several mixed-use buildings, a 1500 + space parking garage, 400 + surface parking spaces, new street and all associated site improvements.
