Saratoga County - The Saratoga Springs Design Review Committee, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Boff residence Historic Review of Demolition in the Urban Residence - 4 District. The Final EIS is available from the Saratoga Spring City Hall, 474 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 and on line at: www.saratoga-springs.org.
The action involves the proposed demolition of the vacant residential structure at 66 Franklin Street in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York. The structure is listed as "contributing" on the National Register of Historic Places and located within the City of Saratoga Springs Westside-Franklin Square Historic District.
