The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has added a link to a translation service developed by Microsoft Inc., entitled Bing Translator, as a convenience to visitors to the DEC website who speak languages other than English.

Negative Declaration

Ontario County - The Town of Victor, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Victor Expansion No.1 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of plans by the Town of Victor for water system improvements within Expansion No. 1 to the Central Water District in order to provide a safe and reliable potable water supply and fire protection for the area residents. The Town will use local funds to finance the project. The proposed improvements include the installation of approximately 10,850 linear feet of 8 inch and 12 inch watermain along portions of Benson Road, Lower Fishers Road, Thornebush Drive and Peeper's Hollow Road to serve residents in this area of the Town of Victor. In addition to the watermain, activities include installation of fire hydrants, valves, road crossings, excavation and bedding materials, watermain connections, residential hook-ups, and surface restoration. The project is located along portions of portions of Benson Road, Lower Fishers Road, Thornebush Drive and Peeper's Hollow Road in the Town of Victor, New York.
