Oswego County - The City of Fulton Common Council, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Annexation of Land in the Town of Granby to the City of Fulton will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the removal of two parcels of real property from the territorial boundaries of the Town of Granby and the annexation of these parcels to the City of Fulton. One of these parcels, comprised of approximately 44.9 acres of land, is owned by the City of Fulton and is assessed on the Assessment Roll of the Town of Granby for the year 2011, which is the last preceding Assessment Roll of the Town. The other parcel consists of approximately 21 acres of land underlying the Oswego River, owned by the State of New York, which is not assessed and is not on the 2011 Assessment Roll of the Town of Granby. The project is located at 1690 State Route 48 in the Town of Granby, New York.
