Construct Approximately One Mile of Trail to Bridge Brook Pond from Black Pond.

Location: Horseshoe Lake Wild Forest, Town of Piercefield, New York.
Project Description: Construction of approximately 1.0 mile a of Class 1 hiking trail to accommodate canoe portaging from Black Pond to Bridge Brook Pond. This project was approved in the Bog River Unit Management Plan, November 2002. Trail construction includes removal of 3 trees. Any tree cutting will be in compliance with Lands and Forest Policy # 91-2 on Cutting, Removal or Destruction of Trees and Other Vegetation on Forest Preserve Lands.

Project Title: White Lake Inn
Location: NYS Route 28 and Maple Road in the Town of Forestport, New York.

Project Description: The action involves installation of a 500 gallon above-ground tank and gas dispensing pump for commercial sale of gasoline. Both the tank and pump will be located on the west side of Maple Street and to the rear (south side) of the White Lake Inn restaurant and bar. The tank and pump have been designed by a licensed professional engineer to be built per UL-2085 and STI Specifications, including multiple features for both fire and spill prevention and containment.
Negative Declaration
St. Lawrence County - The Town of Louisville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Update and Revision to the Town Zoning Regulations will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the update and revision of the Town's existing Zoning Regulations. The ordinance has been revised and expanded to include such clarifications as Setbacks, Mobile Home Classifications, Planned Development in an S-P Scenic Preservation District - Zone and minor changes such as grammar and spelling were corrected. It will be adopted as a Local Law. The project is located throughout the Town of Louisville, New York.
