Columbia County - The Kinderhook Central School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kinderhook Central School District - 2013 District Capital Improvement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the Kinderhook Central School District for a capital improvement project to address numerous infrastructure, building and grounds maintenance, and classroom and technology improvements throughout several District buildings. The project involves the issuance of bonds to finance the proposed improvements. The project is located at 2910 Route 9 in Valatie, New York.

Delaware County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Logs Unlimited, LLC, Walton #1 Quarry will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant to modify the existing mined land reclamation permit to increase the life of mine area from 12.75 acres to 16 acres for the mining of bluestone. The increase includes a new haul road to open onto Murphy Hill Road, adding 1.3 acres in the northwest and northern portion of the mine, and removing 0.67 acres as reclaimed. The project is located on a multi-use road off William Beers Road in Walton, New York.
