Negative Declaration
Monroe County - The Penfield Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Southpoint Cove Apartment Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application by Southpoint Cove LLC 1170 for the issuance of a Special Permit, Preliminary and Final Resubdivision and Site Plan Approval and an Environmental Protection Overlay Permit to allow a 358 unit apartment complex and an accessory 3,500 square foot clubhouse and pool, on an approximately 26.62 acre site on Empire Boulevard in the LaSalle's Landing Development (LLD) zoning district. The project is located at 1420 and 1440 Empire Boulevard in the Town of Penfield, New York.
