Project Description: The action involves temporary re-use of an existing ski facility. The ski center will operate as permitted by APA Permit 2010-218 and as modified by APA Permit 2010-218A and will be operated as permitted by APA Permit 2011-165. In short, the facility will primarily operate 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday thru Sunday and holidays; no snowmaking or nighttime skiing is proposed. Two chair-lifts (Chair 2 and Chair 3) and one rope-tow are proposed to operate; the two chair lifts will provide skier access to the mountain. No expansion of the existing structures is proposed. Food and beverage service as well as a commercial ski sale/rental store will operate within the existing lodge.

Project Title: Curtis L. Arquette and Adam C. Arquette
Location: On Stock Lane in the Town of Inlet, New York.

Project Description: The action involves conversion of a one story 16 foot by 20 foot storage building to a hunting and fishing cabin, located on Stock Lane, a private road, on a 0.23 acre parcel. The proposal includes structural additions which will result in a total footprint of 700 ± square feet, including enclosed porches and stairs. A waterless, composting toilet and graywater wastewater treatment system are proposed. The project site is located entirely within one-eighth mile of State land designated "Wilderness", a critical environmental area, and contains wetlands. Prior APA Permit 2012-75, issued on June 22, 2012, authorized this project but was not recorded within 60 days of issuance and thus expired pursuant to APA regulations. The applicants are now requesting a new permit for the same project previously authorized by Permit 2012-75.

Saratoga County - The Wilton Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Smith Bridge Road Subdivision a/k/a The Mill at Smith Bridge will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the application for a 63 lot conservation subdivision on 53.46 ± acres with 35% open space. The project proposes two points of access, one on Smith Bridge Road and one on Davison Drive, The project will develop 3,800 linear feet of new public road with associated stormwater infrastructure. The homes will be serviced by municipal water and sewer. The project is located on the north side of Smith Bridge Road and east of Davison Drive in the Town of Wilton, New York.
