Negative Declaration
Sullivan County - The Sullivan West Central School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sullivan West Elementary/Secondary School Building Renovation and Athletic Field Construction Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovations of the existing building and athletic field construction work at the Sullivan West Elementary School building (roof replacement; fuel oil tank replacement; repainting; construction of one baseball, one softball and one soccer field) and athletic field construction work only at the Sullivan West Secondary School (construction of one baseball, one softball and one soccer field). The total disturbance for the project is approximately 20 acres - 10 acres at the Elementary School and 10 acres at the High School. The project is located at the Sullivan West Elementary School at 33 Schoolhouse Road in Jeffersonville and the Sullivan West Secondary School at 6604 State Route 52 in Lake Huntington, New York.
