Madison County - The Village of Cazenovia Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed South Meadows Residential Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant, Gregg Development Corp., for a zoning map amendment changing zoning district classification from R-30 Residential to R-6 Residential for a proposed single family residential development consisting of a proposed Phase 1 residential subdivision of approximately 21 lots, and a total of 68 building lots on full build out. The project is located on approximately 48 acres of presently undeveloped land on the easterly side of Number Nine Road in the Village of Cazenovia, New York.
