Negative Declaration

Jefferson County - The Town of Ellisburg, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Wellhead Protection Plan and Amendment to Local Law No. 1 of the Year 2012 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Wellhead Protection Plan and Amendment to Local Law No. 1 of the Year 2005 regulating certain land activities for land upgradient and adjacent to the Village of Mannsville wellfield within the Town of Ellisburg and updating Local Law No. 1 of the Year 2005 enforcement procedures. The project is located south of County Route 90 in the Town of Ellisburg, New York.
