Negative Declaration

Chautauqua County - The Village of Brocton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water Treatment Plant Upgrades and Transmission Line Replacement will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves improvements to the Village of Brocton's aging Water Treatment Plant which will include, but not limited to, clearwell rehabilitation, chemical feed system construction, standby power system construction, raw water pump station construction, building improvements and rapid mixing chamber rehabilitation. The Village will also replace aging waterlines along secondary roads and state. The project is located on East Ellicott Road in the Village of Brocton, New York.
