Project Description: RENEW expired permit P2005-108 which authorized a 27 lot residential subdivision creating: 25 residential building lots to be conveyed (ranging in size from 1.47 ± acres to 5.06 ± acres); one vacant, common area, shoreline lot of 8.17 ± acres; and the remainder of the 4,900 + acres which will be retained by the current landowner. The project has not yet been undertaken and the prior permit P2005-108 has expired; thus the applicant is requesting renewal of Adirondack Park Agency approval.
Clinton County - The Town of Plattsburgh Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Schluter Systems L.P. / UMS Manufacturing, LLC Site Plan and Subdivision 2012 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the request to expand the manufacturing facility previously constructed in 2009 on Lot 1 by 73,343 ± square feet in addition to associated site improvements including paved drive lanes and a concrete loading dock. Project also includes a request for a 2 lot subdivision lot line adjustment. The project is located at 180 Pleasant Ridge Road in the Town of Plattsburgh, New York.

Clinton County - The City of Plattsburgh Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Bombardier Mass Transit Expansion Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposed expansion which will consist of a building expansion on the north and west side of the existing 56 foot high manufacturing facility, totaling an area of approximately 87.600 square feet. The addition along the north side of the existing facility will match the existing buildings height, width and colors. With the proposed expansion of the existing facility to the north, the existing four outbuildings that currently exist on the property will need to be demolished. A low bay expansion along the westerly side of the existing plant building will then need to be added to house the operations that currently exist within these out buildings.
Along with the proposed building expansion, the application includes the construction of an improved site access plan and incorporation of a new delivery access off Main Mill Street. This new access at the rear of the property will be the primary entrance and exit for all deliveries for the site. With the building expansion, on site storage of materials will be consolidated to two new gravel areas located in the rear of the facility reducing their visibility to neighbors and from the public way.

Saratoga County - The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Fecteau Building Addition will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Site Plan Review of a 3 story residential addition to the rear of an existing multi-story, multi-use structure. The project is located at 53-55 Church Street in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.
