Suffolk County - Suffolk County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Surplus and Subsequent Sale of County-Owned Land will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the declaration of approximately 230.8 ± acres of Suffolk County-owned land surplus to Suffolk County's needs and the authorization of its sale. The project is located north of Horseblock Road, south of the Long Island Rail Road, west of Yaphank Avenue in the Hamlet of Yaphank, Town of Brookhaven, New York.

Suffolk County - The Incorporated Village of East Hampton Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Maidstone Club Irrigation Improvements may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves a proposal by the Maidstone Club to modernize and expand its existing irrigation system in order to improve irrigation capability to service portions of its golf courses. The construction consists of the addition or replacement of subsurface irrigation piping (PVC water mains, sprinkler heads and laterals) and the installation of a well, an irrigation pond and a pump house/storage shed. The project is located at 50 Old Beach Lane in the Inc. Village of East Hampton, New York.
