Erie County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from 154 South Ogden LLC for a site known as the 154 South Ogden Street Site, site ID #C915268. This site is located at 154 South Ogden Street in the City of Buffalo, Erie County. Please note the application package includes the Draft Remedial Investigation Work Plan which describes the remedial activities to be conducted to investigate and determine the nature and extent of the contamination related to the site. Comments regarding this application and work plan must be submitted no later than October 12, 2012.
