The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has determined that site ID # 828048, known as the Pittsford Town Dump site, may be deleted from the NYS Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites. This site is located on Marsh Road, East of the Canal in the Town of Pittsford, Monroe County. Comments regarding this action must be submitted no later than October 15, 2012.
