Columbia County - The Town Board of the Town of Ancram, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Updates to the Zoning Ordinance will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of updates to the Zoning Ordinance governing the use of land in the Town of Ancram. The project is located throughout the Town of Ancram, New York.

Rensselaer County - The Town of Brunswick Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Brunswick Farms Commercial Subdivision and Site Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposed development of a 3-lot commercial zone lot in the Town of Brunswick. The commercial development will include approximately 7,500 square feet of commercial buildings that will be composed of 2 buildings. One commercial building is proposed for Lot No. 1, one commercial building is proposed for Lot No. 2; Lot No. 3 will remain vacant and undisturbed at this time. Site improvements include new access points, one from State Route 278 and the other from State Route 2. Additional site improvements will include individual on-site raised sewage systems, water supply from public water line on State Route 2, underground stormwater management facilities, landscaping, and lighting. There will be 62 on-site parking spaces provided for this project. The proposed action includes subdivision and site plan approval by the lead agency, as well as a special use permit for a filling station and all local, regional and state approvals necessary to authorize the development of the site in accordance with the proposed development plans. The project is located on NYS Route 2 and NYS Route 278, Town of Brunswick, Rensselaer County.
