The action involves an amendment to the Town of New Scotland Zoning Laws. It limits the size of retail or wholesale buildings in the Commercial District to a gross leasable area of 50,000 square feet and limits the total of all retail/wholesale buildings on a parcel to 100,000 grow leasable square feet.
