Negative Declaration
Ulster County - The Town of Rochester Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law Amending Town Code Chapter 140, Zoning will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of the Town of Rochester Town Code Chapter 140, Zoning, with regard to exploration for or extraction of Natural Gas and Petroleum. The project is located throughout the Town of Rochester, New York.
