Negative Declaration

Oswego County - The Oswego County Legislature, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Oswego Canal Corridor Brownfield Opportunity Area Nomination Study will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Oswego Canal Corridor Brownfield Opportunity Area Nomination Study which was prepared with state funds provided through the New York State Brownfield Opportunity Areas Program. The action is located in the City of Oswego's designated Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) as shown on the BOA Boundary Map located at: http://oswegoboa.com/project-information/maps. The final draft of the Oswego Canal Corridor Brownfield Opportunity Area Nomination Study is available at: http://oswegoboa.com/project-information/documents-reports. The plan includes a comprehensive land use assessment and analysis; economic and marketing trends analysis; identified future uses and actions to revitalize the BOA. The project is located in the Brownfield Opportunity Area of the City of Oswego, New York.
