Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Village of Pittsford Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Westport Crossing will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the issuance of special permits, site plan approval, certificate of appropriateness, New York State Department of Transportation (NYS DOT) permits and New York State Canal Corporation permits relating to the development of 167 apartments and a 125 seat restaurant, with underground and surface parking facilities and canal side amenities including docks, a public promenade, landscaping and interpretive signage, small watercraft launch and rest room facilities. The project is located at 75 Monroe Avenue in the Village of Pittsford, New York.
