Onondaga County - The Town of Clay Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Construction of a Wal-Mart Supercenter will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an approximately 152,548 square foot Walmart Supercenter, demolition of the former 137,208 square foot Sam's Club building and a 216 square foot building associated with the fueling station and construction of associated site improvements, including upgrades to the stormwater management facilities and redevelopment of driveways, parking areas and landscaping. The Walmart Supercenter includes general merchandise and retail services, groceries and related services. The project is located at 8770 Dell Center Drive in the Town of Clay, New York.
