Project Description: The action involves the installation of an 8,000 gallon, above-ground, double-walled aviation fuel tank. Fuel will be dispensed by pilots. Re-construction and realignment of the existing two lane, ½ ± mile long, paved access road. No wetlands subject to Adirondack Park Agency jurisdiction will be filled as a result of this project.
Negative Declaration
Saratoga County - The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Movie Theater and Office Redevelopment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a mixed use development of 1.009 acres within the City of Saratoga Spring's Transect-6 District. The project will include adaptive reuse of an existing 24,000 square foot grocery store and the additional new construction of 30,400 square foot movie theater and office uses. The project is located 19 Railroad Place in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing
Saratoga County - The Saratoga Springs Design Review Committee, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Boff Residence Historic Review of Demolition in the Urban Residential-4 District. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on August 15, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Saratoga Springs City Hall, 474 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until August 27, 2012. The Draft EIS is available from the Saratoga Springs City Hall, 474 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 and on line at: www.saratoga-springs.org.
The action involves the demolition of the vacant residential structure at 66 Franklin Street in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York , a listed "contributing" structure on the National Register of Historic Places and located within the City of Saratoga Springs Westside-Franklin Square Historic District.
