Monroe County - The Town of Chili Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed American Tire Warehouse will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a site plan approval to erect a 124,850 square foot tire wholesale distribution center. The project is located at 1350 Scottsville Road in the Town of Chili, New York.

Monroe County - The New York State Department of Transportation (NYS DOT), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Access 390 Interchange 16 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves addressing the current and future operational and safety needs of the I-390 Interchange 16 (Route 15 and Route 15A). A design solution has been developed to increase safety, reduce congestion and accommodate planned future growth and development. The main project objectives are to restore functionality, enable the interchange and surrounding highways to accommodate existing and future traffic growth and reduce the potential for crashes. The project is located on I-390 from the Genesee River to I-590 in the City of Rochester, Town of Brighton, New York.
