Negative Declaration

Oswego County - The City of Oswego Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Oswego Holiday Inn Express will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 4 story, 15,010 square foot (first floor square footage), 81 unit hotel, along with associated driveways and parking lots to serve the proposed development. The total floor area of the hotel is 49,000 square feet. Utility services will be installed from the hotel to existing public utilities and a stormwater management system will be constructed. The project is located at 134-140 East Thirteenth Street in the City of Oswego, New York.
