Pursuant to Section 30-a of the Public Lands Law the Office of General Services hereby gives notice to the following:
Notice is hereby given that the New York State Office of People with Developmental Disabilities has determined that the Potsdam Hostel #37 situated at 2 State Street, Potsdam, St. Lawrence County, New York, improved with a two story residential building consisting of 2,840 ± square feet, circa 1900, located on approximately 0.196 acres, is no longer useful for State program purposes and has been declared abandoned to the New York State Office of General Services for sale or other disposition as unappropriated State land.
