Negative Declaration
Oneida County - The Town of Marshall Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Buschmann Outdoor Concert will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the application by a local landowner for a Special Use Permit for an outdoor music concert on his agricultural zoned parcel. The event is scheduled for August 4, 2012 and will attract 5,000 + attendees and the owner estimates 2,000+ vehicles. The project is located at 6844 Hughes Road West in Deansboro, Town of Marshall, New York.
