The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has added a link to a translation service developed by Microsoft Inc., entitled Bing Translator, as a convenience to visitors to the DEC website who speak languages other than English.

Negative Declaration

Dutchess County - The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of a Local Law Amending Chapter 120 of the Code of the Town of Red Hook entitled "Subdivision of Land" and Chapter 143 of the Code of the Town of Red Hook entitled "Zoning" will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves amendments to the Town of Red Hook's Zoning Law and Subdivision Law to clarify the Code and make minor adjustments to the dimensional requirements in the Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) District. The amendments are consistent with the Town's Comprehensive Plan and with Greenway Connections: Greenway Compact Program and Guides for Dutchess County Communities pursuant to Chapter 17-3 of the Town Code. The project is located throughout the Town of Red Hook, New York.
