The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from J & H Holding Company, LLC for a site known as the Former Watermark Designs Facility, site ID #C224139. This site is located in the City of Brooklyn, within the County of Kings, and is located at 491 Wortman Avenue, 11208. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than August 17, 2012.
